Sitting on a good sized land plot of around 400 SQ meters; 23 metres x 17 metres you have room to install a pool or extend the house to create more living areas on the available land plot. The residence sits across from a tree lined buffer zone which offers shade, privacy and no noise. You do not view other houses from the front aspect and this is big plus when it comes to living in a quiet area. The house also has a good geographic position and does not get the searing morning and afternoon sun beating down on your living areas. Just so you know the area of Chalong is the chosen location where many local Expats and Thais prefer to live as they can access all of Phuket’s best areas very easily. The house could be purchased as a residence or an investment property; rental revenue for this house could return around 40 K Baht per month.
